Yes, customer service is very supportive. This is my first doll and it took a long time, but for something like this it seems normal. I was concerned about damage during shipping as I complained about reading several posts, but it arrived in a box that was barely damaged and once opened was undamaged and had very few defects. The appearance was very similar to the photos and it came with most (if not all) of the accessories I wanted such as the USB heater, gloves, bikini, etc. Service was great, got quick and friendly replies, email updates and suggestions while waiting.
